Refund & Return

If you wish to return your product you’d have to create return request from your dashboard within 5 days of receiving your order and bear the ₹ 100 shipping charges. 

Please note that the piece must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odor. Once we receive your return parcel, the piece is put through a quality check, DESIFLEXX reserves the right to deny a return/exchange if the piece does not pass the quality check.

The brand is not liable for any product defects discovered 5 days after the date of delivery.
